Milk, yogurt, toast: Milk, yogurt and chalky OTC anti-acids can coat the stomach lining perhaps. (Like closing the gate after the horses get out?). Burned, beyond well-done, bread toast too. The charcoal may absorb stomach contents. Lots of water will also dilute and push the food mass through your system. Probably unnecessary to say this, but avoid such things in the future. Some recommend ice cream.
