Wouldn't there be other symptoms if i was bleeding from my stomach or small intestine besides the small black pepper like spots in stool?

Sometimes not!: Some people can have no other symptoms at first, from bleeding in the gut. It is still important to get it treated, though! Symptoms depend on how much you have bled, and the cause of the bleeding, which can vary.
