? diagnosis: How was she diagnosed with E. coli "poisoning" if she has not been to the doctor yet. You really have to have special cultures done to show pathogenic E. coli as cause of symptoms because we all have E. coli normally and very few cause actual disease. When they do cause disease in a child it usually is very significant and they are already in a doctor's care. Sorry I'm just confused...
