A member asked:

Melatonin doesnt work sometimes and sometimes it does. is that normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Melatonin is a mild sleeping aid, safe to use regularly, but it will not always produce the same result. Nor will other agents, however. Good sleep habits, especially regularity, and exercise and stress reduction are the best way to be able to sleep well.
