TB treatment: TB can start in the lungs and spread to other organs or it can skip the lungs and spread to other organs. If you have had TB treatment you are not infectious. TB is usually an airborne infection and If your TB did not effect your lungs you would also be less likely to be infectious to others unless you had very close contact.
