She should see a doc: This sounds like it could be something called dyshydrotic eczema. It is a type of itchy bump on the bottoms of feet, and sometimes on the palms also. Warts, corns, or other infections are also a possibility. All are fairly easy to treat, so make sure she sees a doc.
