No to fluoxetine.: There has been known complications at birth with fluoxetine including discontinuation syndrome at birth. You could only take antidepressants when the benefits outweigh the side-effects. You are actually allowed to drink 4 cups of coffee during pregnancy or 200 mg. of caffeine.
