H.pylori & pregnancy: Specific treatment for H.pylori can be problematic during pregnancy as several of the medications that are commonly used come with some concerns about their use in pregnancy. Symptomatic treatment may be the best option for now. H pylori: H pylori can theoretically have adverse effects on the pregnancy. It can be treated, but there is no universal agreement on which drugs to use. You have to see your ob/gyn for a possible referral to GI.
