Not really: Your uterus is enlarging and starting to compress your bladder and moving itself up from your pelvis into the abdominal cavity. Mild pressure and mild cramping are very common. Spotting is common too. Pain on one side is more concerning because it can be a sign of a tubal or ectopic pregnancy, but your description sounds like a normal pregnancy
