Not likely: If you did the test correctly at nine days after a missed period and the result was negative, you are unlikely to be pregnant. Anovulatory cycles often cause menstrual irregularities. For your peace of mind you may wish to repeat the test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
