No. Don't. Too risky: Since you'll need the 14 in a few weeks, it's not a waste of them. Just go and get the correct one for now. Don't mix the patches w/ cigarettes ever. If you are trying to quit - avoid having cigarettes around. If you don't want to quit now - that's okay. You can try again in a few weeks, etc. But don't mix.
