See doctor: Muscle twitching is not the same as spasm of muscle .With tetanus you usually get muscle spasm.Your muscle twitching and headache may be due to tetanus or something else . Since you are anxious and concerned , better consult your doctor, after examining you ,he can decide whether you have tetanus or another cause of your symptoms .
