See below: Sudden sharp jabbing headaches lasting for a few seconds to 30 seconds are called Primary Stabbing Headache. They usually are not a sign of a serious underlying condition and are more common in migraine suffers. See http://bit.ly/1sAz8on Twitching can be a sign of an underlying disorder but is more often due to stress. The headaches and twitching are not caused by a pinched nerve.
