Hard to tell: Some cramping during pregnancy is normal as your uterus and supporting structures expand. Severe cramping/abdominal pain or bleeding is not normal. Should be safe to follow but notify your provider if pain sigifnicantly intensifies or begin to bleed. Can check a blood pregnancy test to get an idea how far along. Ultrasound might not tell much early but needed if gets worse. Odds are in your favor
