Adult onset diabetic with gastrparesis i've woke with fbs of over 400 for 5 days now. what to do? i also have many other dx's

Need insulin Rx : You didn't mention what treatment you are on for Diabetes. 400 of glucose is unacceptable. Need to go to ER. Most likely you will need to be started on insulin TX. If already on insulin you need your long acting (Lantus (insulin glargine) or Detemir) increased and three times before meals insulin be started or increased. Urgent need to see Endocrinologist. Look for reason: Assuming the 400 fbs is unusual for you, you need to look for reasons for it being elevated. Very common are bladder infections, due to often having sugar in the urine of diabetics. Not all bladder infections have typical symptoms, so I'd start there. Other medical illnesses (even a cold), physical or mental stress, and of course diet can all increase sugars. Best to get evaluated.
