Cheek swelling: If there was blood clotted in your cheek, it may take a while to resolve. The presence of that old blood there may cause you some discomfort. At this point it is probably too late to drain it unless there is pus in it. If it is hot and painful, it may be infected and you should see someone to drain it. If it isn't, a heating pad may help get rid of the whole blood.
