Need examination: You could use a good physical &/or neurological examination as well as labs. Looks like you've had a work up to some extent but now symptoms may have changed so that means another set of problems may be occurring. If all these issues came on suddenly or improved within a few hours or less then, you should go to ER. If you've had these symptoms for some time then, less emergent.
