Not on a screen: It is a mild muscle relaxant with little or no abuse potential, and am not sure why you are worried about it, particularly if it is prescribed for you. I have not seen any false positives with it, and am not aware of any reports, although you can find hundreds of people asking about it If you tested for something on a screening test, they should be doing confirmatory tests, which will settle it.

Unlikely: If you are prescribed this agent by a physician, it really does not matter, even if the urine test included this drug. In some people, it can change the color of urine and that may raise questions about what caused it if you did not share your use of the drug with the lab. The standard urine drug tests do not test for it. If you are taking it illegally, you should stop and get help for your use.
