No: usually drug screens check for opiates, benzodiazepines, marijuana, and amphetamines.

Not normally.: Tests for drug use usually do not included these two medicines as they are not considered drugs of abuse. There are multiple drug screens out there. Do you know the one to be used? If so you can check for what it checks for online.
