Prostatitis: You may very well have a form of congestive prostatitis. What can happen is that prostatic secretions may build up in the prostate and when you defecate, since the prostate sits right by the rectum, the pressure from the feces on the prostate may cause some prostatic secretions to be squeezed out of the prostate and subsequently the urethra. Consider seeing a urologist for further help.
