Do NOT exceed dosage: It's not addictive. Also, an overdose is not lethal - but it IS very bad. So, never take more than 800 mg in 24 hours. As a woman, especially if you are not large, even that may be too much. Finally, do NOT drink alcohol when you're taking ibuprofen - especially w/out food. It can tear your stomach lining and cause bleeding. Be careful. Bodies are precious and need to last a lifetime.
