Uncertain significan: Muscular bridge is when a coronary artery lies beneath the heart muscle.So the artery is squeezed during each cardiac contraction and therefore interrupts blood flow. It may or may not cause chest pain in patients with normal coronaries. Microvascular dysfunction is when the small capillaries in the heart fail to respond or adopt to a vasodilatory stimulus often suspected in women normal arteries
