See doctor: Without more history and an exam it is difficult to give a definitive answer to the question. Certainly, it is possible that those symptoms are all due to normal changes as the baby gets larger. However, they could also be due to a urinary tract infection, which is dangerous in pregnancy. Please see your doctor.
