Told to take b1 b6 and b12 by doctor. after 1 dose, 8 hours later got rash. i have peanut/tree nut allergy. safe to take if not on ingredient bottle?

B1: Flushing is a common side effect from vitamin B1- also known as thiamine. The effect tends to decrease with time. However, if B1 is absolutely needed, you may try a lower dose first then gradually work the dose up.
