Precocious puberty: Hi. What you are describing sounds like precocious puberty, which is NOT a manifestation of non-classical CAH. Do you have any tan birthmarks or bone problems? I suggest you talk with your parents, and get to your pediatrician. Best of luck!

See doctor: NCAH is often associated with early puberty. This is likely due to adrenal steroids and advanced skeletal maturation associated with NCAH. Some children with secondary GnRH-dependent earlypuberty may be treated Leuprolide Acetate or histrelin. A physician should be actively involved in this case to determine the best treatment options.
