What are common types of benign (non-cancerous) breast lumps?

Cysts, fibroadenomas: Cysts and fibroadenomas are the most common benign lumps. But if someone feels a lump it is best to see a breast disease specialist and get a mammogram and a directed ultrasound of the lump. It is not possible to determine what it is based on size, how it feels, and age of person.
