Unclear: This is usually viral in nature. it is unclear as to what is going on. There is little going to help overnight. If this is blistering, there are some antiviral meds you can buy over the counter. Usually these are self limited to do nothing and go away in short time. Be patient. If not resolved in one week see your doc.
