Yes... and no.: Yes, long toes are normal for you, but in foot medicine, there really is no "normal". Ultimately we have to consider what normal is by looking at a variety of factors, most of which revolve around the shoes you are required to wear in your profession etc. Toe shortening surgery has come a long way.
