Normal Heart rate: Pulse is your Heart Rate being measured at one of the arteries, usually Radial Artery at the wrist. Therefore, if your pulse is 77 that means your Heart is Beating at 77 beats per minute. It is PERFECTLY normal heart rate. Normal HR is between 60-100 beats per minute. Enjoy!

Pulse if fine.: That heart rate is fine, even if you’re sick. That being said, one could expect the heart rate to go up when sick, based on fever and release of adrenergic hormones.
