May 7, 2014: If you are 9 weeks pregnant, then your estimated date of conception (when you got pregnant) would be May 7th. That would give you a due date of Jan 27, 2015. If you have not already seen your OB provider, you should schedule a visit. Congrats on your pregnancy and best wishes!

Not knowing our body: Yes. Of course. But the female would have to ignore so many symptoms, feelings and the lack of a period that it is mind boggling to think that someone could be that disengaged with their body.

Relax, see Ob/Gyn!: Take a deep breath, consume 1-5 mg of Folic Acid daily and see an obstetrician-gynecologist for professional advice (including pregnancy test and transvaginal ultrasound). If pregnancy is indeed that far along, please talk to your loved ones and accept my best wishes for an optimal outcome!

None really safe but: Medications for nausea are best avoided, esp. in early pregnancy when your baby may be most harmed, but many natural remedies like ginger, acupressure wrist bands and homeopathy can help.
