Possible: If your nasal congestion is due to allergies (pollen, hay fever, etc) taking Claritin at bedtime would be an excellent idea to decrease/prevent symptoms when you hit the road on your morning run. The Claritin will already be in your system rather than having to wait 30 or more minutes for effect.
