Yes...: Itchiness with Ventolin can be a sign of an allergic reaction to the medication actually. Is this the first time you've used it? Let your doctor know you're having this reaction to the inhaler. Hopefully you're not also experiencing a feeling of tightness in your throat or difficulty swallowing as well. If so, stop the med immediately and contact your doctor or ER.
