Pains: Pains can be caused by many things. Muscle strains, nerve irritation, etc. Also, on a rare occasion, the heart may cause pain to be referred to different areas, and when running, you could be getting this type of referred pain. So essentially, over the computer diagnosis is purely guesses. At the age of 57, Best for you to see a Dr., to get the true and most accurate diagnosis. Best wishes.
