Add CBT therapy: Consider a CBT therapist. You can learn skills to avoid, reduce and manage emotional reactivity. Mindfulness Meditation is also a great way to master the impact of thoughts that can whip you around. Increased awareness provides stability and a knowledgeable teacher may help w/ the back pain too. Best wishes.

Second Opinion: I know nothing about you, but. I am concerned with your medication regimen. First, I wouldn't change it on your own. Both Klonopin and Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) are potentially addictive. I do not prescribe these medications for most people with. Bipolar Disorder as they can worsen the symptoms. They can also work in "cross purposes," like an Upper and a Downer at the same time. If you were my pt, I'd start over.
