Could be many things: Often, thin, watery periods are caused by poor blood quality or deficiencies in certain components of your blood. Watery periods can also be a sign of pregnancy, but you indicate your hcg is 1, which is negative. A cervical or vaginal infection can cause this, or it could be as simple as some hormone fluctuations which is definitely not uncommon. Stress and dietary changes could also be culprit.
