Infant cough: There are NO good cough medicines for a 4 month old baby. This could be serious - could be pneumonia, bronchiolitis, asthma, infant reflux.The baby needs to be seen and listened to. She may need an x-ray - depends on what doc hears when they listen. May need antibiotic or bronchodilator. Pertussis is also around again in many parts of the world - has she had her shots yet? See doc in next few days
