Hair loss: You answered that you have allopecia? If this is the case this is an autoimmune dz where your body sees the hair follicles as foreign and attacks them which makes the hair fall out. If generalized this is difficult to treat. If concerned about scalp direct steroid injections can help small areas if not more generalized immune suppressing agents can be use.
