No: She can't get pregnant by fingering through underwear and her next period probably isn't due yet!

Not likely: Anyone that had a true period on June 13 is not likely pregnant.Some girls will spot with their ovulation. If there is some question of pregnancy do a over the counter pregnancy test. With just manipulation of the vagina and no genital - genital contact, it is not a pregnancy. If the bleeding continues she should see her doctor. If there is unprotected sex , do a prenancy test.
