Wait and see: If you think you could be pregnant then check a test to be sure. But i would not worry about one strange month of bleeding. if the pattern persists, then you need at least a simple evaluation with blood tests and ultrasound to find the cause. could be hormone problems, uterine polyp, etc. not likely to be anything dangerous
