Musculoskeletal Pain: It is most probabely Musculoskeletal pain.Which means it is either in muscles,other skeletal structures in the chest wall as it is related to activities like standing and coughing which makes your chest move.You can try some over the counter meds like Aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen et if you do not have stomach ulcer or allergies to Aspirin,ibuprofen oe Naprosyn.But consult your doctor if it is ok to take
