5 hrs ago my 16 yr old took alka-seltzer non-drowsy day time multi-sympton med. is he able to take either tylenol (acetaminophen) with codeine or naproxen 500mg now?

Dose intervals: Acetaminophen doses (Tylenol (acetaminophen)) should be spaced at least 4 hours apart, so the Tylenol (acetaminophen) with Codeine shouldnt pose a risk if taken 5 hours after the Alka Seltzer preparation.
