Not concerned yet.: Your TSH appears normal. If you have convincing signs or symptoms of hyperthyroidism other than weight loss it might be reasonable to obtain a FT4 but if not I would simply repeat a TSH in a few months. Might consider other causes of weight loss and consider whether or not the weight loss is progressive or increasing.
