UTI: Despite what your doctor told you, it probably was/is a UTI. Fortunately, minor UTIs in women frequently go away without antibiotics.

A lot to consider: Is your urination painful? Or just frequent? I see no UTI- that's good but doesn't give an answer. Could consider overactive bladder syndrome although we usually see that with older women. Did your doc do labwork/check you for diabetes? Have you actually taken a pregnancy test? It's not an incredibly common symptom so early on but I guess you never know. Are you drinking more? is the urine clear?

Not likely: If your period came on time, you are not likely pregnant. You can make sure with a pregnancy test if they don't already do it at the doctors visit.
