Possible: Symptoms of breast enlargement, pain, and bloating can indicate early pregnancy or are also common with PMS. Recommend taking a pregnancy test. If negative, and still no period after 4 days, repeat pregnancy test. If still negative, and symptoms still there without period, consider seeing a doctor
