Not very effective: Plastic restructuring of the lids can be done to create an epicanthal tupe appearance. It usually does not look very natural - but why would you want this anyway?

Epicanthal Fold Surg: Although I have been asked to correct epicanthal folds I have never been asked to create them in my 25 year career, but yest it is possible to create them.
