"Plastic Surgery": Is a blanket term that means different things to different people- especially plastic surgeons! if you have an asymmetric fold, we need to determine why. You need to see a plastic surgeon or an ophthammologist with experience with eyelid ptosis. They will need to assess if you have, and to what degree: eyelid ptosis (droop) and levator muscle dysfunction. With this they can make a DX and tx plan.
