Notsure what you ask: epicanthal folds are folds in the inner corner of the eye secondary to a flat mid face or a smaller than usual nasal bone. By squeezing the bridge of your nose between thumb and forefinger, which pulls up on the skin, the epicanthal folds will disappear.
