Internist/rheum: You should seek the evaluation of a general internist or rheumatologist. Your description suggests, but is not diagnostic for, certain types of arthritis. You should get blood tests looking for "inflammation". Plain X-rays of the affected joints might also be recommended.

Rheumatologist: It's sounds as if you have some form of inflammation. There could be many causes of this and a rheumatologist is a specialist who focuses on nonsurgical management of inflammatory disorders often with a focus on those involving the soft tissues or skeletal system. Best of luck.
