Many options: Uterine Fibroids are benign tumors. If you are having heavy bleeding, causing Pain, prolapse,Anemia or Fatigue; can be removed surgically, or Uterine Fibroid embolization can be done by Invasive radiologist. Somewhat irregular but not heavy bleeding can be norm at this age , and can happen with or without Fibroid.It is hormone dependent; so it shrinks after menopause. so can waite&watch
