I had a vitrectomy almost 2 weeks ago for vitroeus hemorrhage only. when is it okay for me to have an alcoholic beverage? i'm a social/light drinker.

Soon: There is no relationship between alcohol ingestion and complications from vitreous surgery. Do you know why you had a hemorrhage as that might bear some relationship? If as you say you are a very light social drinker, then there should be no problem if your vitreous surgeon agrees.
